Project Manager

The “Project Manager” course is authorized by the National Qualifications Authority (NQA) and the certification obtained gives you the right to practise as a PROJECT MANAGER (COR code 242101).
The key to your success is to use your skills to the maximum. Therefore, improvement is not optional, it is mandatory if you want to develop at the pace imposed by society.
The Project Manager training course is organized in sessions requested by the clients and is specially created for people with a busy schedule who want to be trained in this field.
As a Project Manager you are responsible for the success, but also for the failure of the project. We teach you easily and quickly two rules for your success:
Rule no. 1: Never lose money.
Rule no. 2: Never forget.
Rule no. 1.
The course may be attended by any higher education graduate who wishes to develop or improve their abilities to plan, organize, implement, and monitor activities in general.
After completing the course, participants will acquire the following competencies:
1. Development of the abilities to identify, plan, organize, and coordinate the constituent elements of a project;
2. Ability to develop a project and to enter it into an Operational Programme in order to obtain grants from the Structural Funds;
3. Development of teamwork skills and improvement of the abilities to coordinate the various types of resources (human, financial, time) involved by a project;
4. Ability to evaluate and monitor a project even under time pressure;
5. Correct completion/use of the documents necessary to access structural funds;
6. Development of abilities to manage the risks and changes that may occur during the implementation of a project;
7. Development of abilities to improve the relationships between the parties involved in the partnership project;
8. Definition of the conceptual framework of project management (setting the scope of the project);
9. Establishment of the content of a project: scope, objectives, activities, target groups, results, budget, indicators, monitoring, and evaluation;
10. Planning a project;
11. Establishment of the integrated project management requirements.
