  • OBTAINING THE FIRE SAFETY AUTHORIZATIONS IN THE SITUATIONS IN WHICH THE APPLICANTS CANNOT SUBMIT, FOR OBJECTIVE AND JUSTIFIABLE REASONS, SUCH AS LOSS, DESTRUCTION, OR THEFT, THE FIRE SAFETY APPROVALS AND THEIR UNDERLYING DOCUMENTATIONS, AS FOLLOWS:
    • building permit;
    • technical expert examination report for the „fire safety” essential requirement;
    • fire safety scenario, the technical memorandum, per specialty, and the drawing for the phase of technical design and execution details or the fire safety scenario, the technical memorandum, per specialty, and the architectural and utility installations drawings, as well as for fire protection installations, which include the fire safety measures, stamped by the technical expert attested for the „fire safety” essential requirement – buildings and installations, if the technical expert examination report establishes that the minimum fire performance level is met for the building in question;
    • fire safety scenario, design with written parts and drawings drafted on the basis of the expert examination report, which includes the fire safety measures, stamped by the technical expert attested for the „fire safety” essential requirement, if the technical expert examination report establishes that the minimum fire performance level is not met for the building in question;
    • situation plan containing the location of the designed buildings and facilities with respect to the existing framework-elements, at a 1:200 or 1:500 scale, which will mention the distances to all neighbouring edifices and their function, and the distances to the access routes to public roads while mentioning their width and length;
    • end-of- works acceptance report;
    • technical agreements or certificates of conformity for the fire safety building products, site orders endorsed by the design reviewer, hidden-works reports, etc., which will include the measures taken to meet the „fire safety” essential requirement
    • design reviewer’s report for the „fire safety” essential requirement – buildings and installations – for the phases of technical design and execution details, drawings and, if applicable, for the design drafted on the basis of the expert examination report.
  • OBTAINING THE FIRE SAFETY AUTHORIZATIONS IN THE CASE OF TEMPORARY OUTDOOR FACILITIES FOR SHOWS OR MEETINGS WITH A CAPACITY OF AT LEAST 200 SEATS OR FOR COMMERCIAL USE, WITH A SURFACE AREA OF AT LEAST 2500 SQM, AS FOLLOWS:
    • situation plan containing the location of the designed buildings and facilities with respect to the existing framework-elements, at a 1:200 or 1:500 scale, which will mention the distances to all neighbouring edifices and their function, and the distances to the access routes to public roads while mentioning their width and length;
    • fire safety scenario;
    • plan of the facility, at a 1:100 scale;
    • emergency evacuation plan;
    • design reviewer’s report for the „fire safety” essential requirement – buildings and installations.
  • OBTAINING THE FIRE SAFETY AUTHORIZATIONS IN THE SITUATIONS IN WHICH THE APPLICANTS CANNOT SUBMIT, FOR OBJECTIVE AND JUSTIFIABLE REASONS, SUCH AS LOSS, DESTRUCTION, OR THEFT, THE FIRE SAFETY AUTHORIZATIONS AND THEIR UNDERLYING DOCUMENTATIONS, AS FOLLOWS:
    • building permit;

    • declaration on oath of the natural person together with a copy of the identity document and the declaration on oath of the legal person, signed by its legal representative, stating the loss, destruction, or theft.
  • OBTAINING THE FIRE SAFETY AUTHORIZATIONS FOR NEW WORKS, CHANGES AND UPGRADING OF FIRE SPRINKLER, FIRE DETECTOR, AND FIRE SIGNALLING/ALARM INSTALLATIONS IN EXISTING BUILDINGS REFERRED TO IN GOVERNMENT DECISION NO.1739/2006, AS FOLLOWS:
    • fire safety approval and its underlying documentation endorsed for proof of non-alteration – in original; if the form attesting the existence of the approval is lost, it is necessary to submit the photocopy issued in accordance with Article 11(2);
    • technical documentation containing the technical memorandum which includes the calculation abstract, the electrical and functional diagrams of the fire pump station, the diagram of the fire cistern, as applicable, for the DTAC design phase, for fire installations with outdoor hydrants;
    • technical documentation containing the technical memorandum which includes the calculation abstract and drawings at a 1:50 or 1:100 scale, such as: floor plans with the location of installations, the isometric diagram, electrical and functional diagrams of the fire pump station, the diagram of the columns, of the fire cistern, of the water supply plant, etc.; for indoor sprinkler installations, for the DTAC design phase;
    • technical documentation containing the technical memorandum with the description of the installation and drawings at a 1:50 or 1:100 scale, such as: the block diagram of the installation, floor plans with the location of the installation, for the fire detection and signalling/alarm installations, for the DTAC design phase;
    • design reviewer’s report for the „fire safety” essential requirement – the respective specialty – for the design phases: technical design and execution details;
    • technical agreements and/or certificates of conformity for the fire safety building products, site orders endorsed by the design reviewer, end-of- works acceptance reports, execution details for the outdoor hydrant installation, work quality assessment report, report for verifying the quality of the works which become hidden, as applicable, etc.
  • OBTAINING THE FIRE SAFETY AUTHORIZATIONS IN THE SITUATIONS IN WHICH THE URBAN PLANNING CERTIFICATES HAVE NOT REQUIRED THE FIRE SAFETY APPROVAL, ALTHOUGH THE BUILDINGS OR FACILITIES IN QUESTIONS ARE AMONG THOSE APPROVED BY THE GOVERNMENT DECISION REGARDING THE ISSUING OF APPROVALS-AUTHORIZATIONS, AS FOLLOWS:
    • urban planning certificate;
    • building permit;
    • technical expert examination report for the „fire safety” essential requirement;
    • fire safety scenario, the technical memorandum, per specialty, and the drawings for the phase of technical design and execution details or the fire safety scenario, the technical memorandum, per specialty, and the architectural and utility installations drawings, as well as for fire protection installations, which include the fire safety measures, stamped by the technical expert attested for the „fire safety” essential requirement – buildings and installations, if the technical expert examination report establishes that the minimum fire performance level is met for the building in question;
    • fire safety scenario, design with written parts and drawings drafted on the basis of the expert examination report, which includes the fire safety measures, stamped by the technical expert attested for the „fire safety” essential requirement, if the technical expert examination report establishes that the minimum fire performance level is not met for the building in question;

  • OBTAINING THE FIRE SAFETY AUTHORIZATIONS FOR CHANGES OF USE AND UPGRADING OF BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES WHICH DO NOT REQUIRE BUILDING PERMITS, AS FOLLOWS:
    • fire safety approval and its underlying documentation endorsed for proof of non-alteration – in original, if issued, or the documentation provided for in Article 9(2)(c)-(f) – in 2 copies; if the form attesting the existence of the approval is lost it is necessary to submit the photocopy issued in accordance with Article 11(2);
    • written parts and drawing in the technical documentation, such as: execution details, technical agreements or certificates of conformity for the fire safety building products and, as applicable, site orders endorsed by the design reviewer, end-of- works acceptance report, hidden-works reports, etc., which will include the measures taken to meet the „fire safety” essential requirement;
  • OBTAINING THE FIRE SAFETY AUTHORIZATIONS FOR BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES, AS WELL AS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT, UPGRADING, OR CHANGE OF USE OF EXISTING ONES, COMMISSIONED WITHOUT OBTAINING THE FIRE SAFETY AUTHORIZATION, AS FOLLOWS:
    • building permit;
    • technical expert examination report for the „fire safety” essential requirement;
    • fire safety scenario, the technical memorandum, per specialty, and the drawings for the phase of technical design and execution details or the fire safety scenario, the technical memorandum, per specialty, and the architectural and utility installations drawings, as well as for fire protection installations, which include the fire safety measures, stamped by the technical expert attested for the „fire safety” essential requirement – buildings and installations, if the technical expert examination report establishes that the minimum fire performance level is met for the building in question;

  • OBTAINING THE FIRE SAFETY AUTHORIZATIONS FOR FIREFIGHTING SYSTEMS, WORKS, AND WATER SUPPLY NETWORKS IN LOCALITIES, INDUSTRIAL PLATFORMS AND PARKS, AS FOLLOWS:
    • fire safety approval and its underlying documentation endorsed for proof of non-alteration – in original; if the form attesting the existence of the approval is lost, it is necessary to submit the photocopy issued in accordance with Article 11(2);
    • technical documentation containing the technical memorandum which includes the calculation abstract and the diagram of the installation, the electrical and functional diagrams of the fire pump station, the diagram of the fire cistern, as applicable, for the DTAC design phase;
    • design reviewer’s report for the „fire safety” essential requirement, – attested at least in the plumbing specialty for the design phases: technical design and execution details;
    • technical agreements and/or certificates of conformity for the fire safety building products, site orders endorsed by the design reviewer, end-of- works acceptance reports, work quality assessment report, report for verifying the quality of the works which become hidden, as applicable, etc.
  • OBTAINING THE FIRE SAFETY AUTHORIZATIONS, BY EXCEPTION, FOR THE BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES COMMISSIONED WITHOUT OBTAINING THE FIRE SAFETY AUTHORIZATION, WHICH HOLD THE FIRE SAFETY APPROVAL AND MEET THE FIRE PERFORMANCE LEVELS SPECIFIED IN THE DESIGN, AS FOLLOWS:
    • building permit;
    • fire safety approval and its underlying documentation endorsed for proof of non-alteration – in original; if the form attesting the existence of the approval is lost, it is necessary to submit the photocopy issued in accordance with Article 11(2);
    • fire safety scenario, written parts and drawings, per specialty, in the technical documentation for the phases of technical design and execution details, as well as technical agreements or certificates of conformity for the fire safety building products, site orders endorsed by the design reviewer, hidden-works reports, etc., which will include the measures taken to meet the „fire safety” essential requirement;
    • design reviewer’s report for the „fire safety” essential requirement – buildings and installations for the phases of technical design and execution details;
    • end-of- works acceptance report.
  • OBTAINING THE FIRE SAFETY AUTHORIZATIONS FOR THE DISTRIBUTION POINTS OF DOMESTIC-USE LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS CYLINDERS, REGARDLESS OF THEIR STORAGE CAPACITY, AS FOLLOWS:
    • situation plan containing the location of the designed buildings and facilities with respect to the existing framework-elements, at a 1:200 or 1:500 scale, which will mention the distances to all neighboring edifices and their function, and the distances to the access routes to public roads while mentioning their width and length;
