- technical documentation containing the technical memorandum which includes the calculation abstract, the electrical and functional diagrams of the fire pump station, the diagram of the fire cistern, as applicable, for the DTAC design phase, for fire installations with outdoor hydrants;
- technical documentation containing the technical memorandum which includes the calculation abstract and drawings at a 1:50 or 1:100 scale, such as: floor plans with the location of installations, the isometric diagram, electrical and functional diagrams of the fire pump station, the diagram of the columns, of the fire cistern, of the water supply plant, etc.; for indoor sprinkler installations, for the DTAC design phase;
- technical documentation containing the technical memorandum with the description of the installation and drawings at a 1:50 or 1:100 scale, such as: the block diagram of the installation, floor plans with the location of the installation, for the fire detection and signalling/alarm installations, for the DTAC design phase;
- design reviewer’s report for the „fire safety” essential requirement – the respective specialty – for the design phases: technical design and execution details;

- fire safety approval and its underlying documentation endorsed for proof of non-alteration – in original; if the form attesting the existence of the approval is lost, it is necessary to submit the photocopy issued in accordance with Article 11(2);
- technical documentation containing the technical memorandum which includes the calculation abstract and the diagram of the installation, the electrical and functional diagrams of the fire pump station, the diagram of the fire cistern, as applicable, for the DTAC design phase;

- OBTAINING THE FIRE SAFETY AUTHORIZATIONS, BY EXCEPTION, FOR THE BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES COMMISSIONED WITHOUT OBTAINING THE FIRE SAFETY AUTHORIZATION, WHICH HOLD THE FIRE SAFETY APPROVAL AND MEET THE FIRE PERFORMANCE LEVELS SPECIFIED IN THE DESIGN, AS FOLLOWS:
